The Qiwa platform, launched by Saudi Arabia’s MHRSD, has become the main digital gateway for the country’s new business establishments. It has simplified several processes and offers easy-to-use digital tools, helping businesses grow. The platform is expanding quickly, as more than 14.5 million users and 1.4 million businesses are now registered on it. Additionally, in only the first half of 2025, over one million new users and 302,000 establishments joined it, highlighting the extensive use of the platform.

Since the launch of the Qiwa platform, it has recorded 11 million job contracts, including four million this year. This clearly highlights that people are now showing more trust in digital services. During the first half of this year, the platform has issued 450,000 Saudization certificates, processed 220,000 salary identification certificates, handled 1.5 million service transfer requests, and granted 40,000 temporary work visas for Hajj and Umrah.
Additionally, the platform has also completed 191,000 profession change requests and 247,000 profession corrections. It has even reduced the time needed for visa cancellations by 50%, helping workers and businesses save their time.
